A slower session focused on releasing tension through the feet.

We’ll work into the toes, arches and heels while the rest of the body is supported in restful positions, so you’re not holding yourself up or pushing anything.

You’ll be shown simple, effective ways to release tension that you can use at home when your body feels tight or overtired. We’ll also use aromatherapy and hot towels for a deeply restorative experience.

We’ll finish lying back with sound from gongs and bowls.

This session is a perfect Sunday chill that asks nothing of you and leaves you feeling rested with a spring in your step. Includes aromatherapy gift.
